Fully Private Recovery Lab Session
Our Recovery Lab is fully-outfitted with a Sunlighten mPulse Infrared Sauna, Edge Theory Labs Cold Plunge Pool and Normatec Compression Devices (legs & hips).
We encourage patrons to utilize both the sauna and cold plunge to gain the benefits of contrast therapy. All over the world, people have used getting sweaty and getting chilly to elevate the human experience and bring healing. Modern science has just recently caught on to the impact of these age-old rituals, and there’s still so much more to discover.
Infrared sauna is a modern take on a tradition that goes back for centuries. Infrared sauna cabins use infrared light waves to heat your core body temperature directly in a room that's only 135-155°F. Rest assured, you’ll get a similar health boost from the benefits of infrared sauna as you would a traditional sauna (which are usually about 185-200°F), achieving the same intense sweat but in a much gentler environment.
Our ideal cold plunge is 3 minutes, but it may take some practice to be physically and mentally comfortable enough to go that long. It’s a practice, and over time, you’ll figure out what works best for you. To maximize the positive effects of cold water therapy, full body exposure is best – so dip those shoulders! Take some deep, grounding breaths to sink in and let that fabulous rush of happy chemicals wash over your brain and body.
Your time in the Recovery Lab for a private session is for you and any guests you chose to bring with you. Your own private oasis.
Each person using the Recovery Lab must be on the schedule and have agreed & signed the Recovery Lab waiver.
Price for sessions vary based on time and modality. You can find current pricing by checking on the schedule page for each type of service we offer.
